Do weapons scale in Borderlands 2?
No. In UVHM the quest reward scales to the level you accept the quest at. So if you accept it at level 61, and level to 80 before turning it in, the reward will be at 61. The quest however will always scale to you so make sure you don’t accept sidequests with items you want until you’re level 80.
Does mag size affect CoV weapons?
So a mag size perk on a com or artifact does actually increase that “mag size”…it’s just called shots before breaking… great… thanks! One thing to note here “ammo reg” effects don’t work for CoV weapons.
